  1. Delivery Area: We currently offer doorstep delivery services to suburbs within the Perth area and select surrounding areas. Please contact our customer service team to confirm if your location is within our delivery zone.
  2. Availability: We strive to maintain stock levels to fulfill orders promptly. If the trailer you've ordered is in stock, we will arrange for delivery as soon as possible. In the event that a trailer is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery timeframe. 
  3. Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the trailer. These charges will be clearly communicated to you before finalizing your order.
  4. Refusal of Shipping: We reserve the right to refuse shipping if it is deemed unreasonable or if the delivery address is outside of our designated delivery area.
